PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sangatta East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in the world.
Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata-East Kalimantan for the positions of:
Specialist – Computer Training
(Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with costumer as required to provide information on training course and training administration, receive feedback on all matters related to training activities and to determine training needs.
* Deliver off the job and on the job computer training for KPC Employees in order to raise skill and competency levels.
* Monitor trainee progress in learning during training sessions and provide appropriate feedback to ensure training objectives are being met.
* Ensure course content is fully covered through managing time during course delivery by starting and finishing at schedule time, controlling break duration and ensuring allocated theory/practical time is adhered to.
* Evaluate training results and resume into a standard training report.
* Improve and modifying training course materials (with the Superintendent’s approval) in order to raise content and delivery standards.
* Resource and/or develop appropriate training materials to support effective module delivery.
* Operate internet effectively to search and explore specified information which is used and needed to satisfy the clients or customers.
* Maintain the data integrity in MLC (Multimedia learning center) and enrollment system to ensure that the system keeps and provides the accurate and updated data.
* Design and maintain user-friendly internet portal of department
* Assist the department in maintaining accurate and updated training database in the corporate database system
Requirements:
* Minimun S1 degree in Mathematics And Natural Science or Engineering, with strong expertise in computing knowledge & skills.
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience in computer training environment is desirable.
* Excelent ability and knowledge in computer hardware and software, especially microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) at advanced levels.
* Ability and interest in programming, database and web design application will be an advantage.
* Competent training skills gain through formal Train of the Trainer training and on the job coaching / experience.
* Good Analytical, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills
* Time management skill.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (Written & Oral) both in Bahasa and English
