Review Policy & Regulatory Officer (RPR Officer)
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that any matter potentially requiring external reporting is communicated to the department head and/or Compliance Director
* Manage the operation of the Compliance to assist business unit and branches
* Summarize Compliance issues for presentation to the Compliance Director
* Work with business unit leaders to increase awareness of the importance of the Compliance program/project and the outgoing of Compliance program/project
* Conduct or direct investigations into reported Compliance concerns, under the direction of the Head of Department or Compliance Director
* Make sure all report submit to BI and CBA with appropriate and with the time frame
* Support the maintenance of KYC/AML related policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in the related field is required for this position
* Have good knowledge on BI Regulation and related regulations
* Able to maintain good relationship with Government Institutions (BI/PPATK/Tax/KPK)
* Good people management and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
* High integrity, risk focus and attention to details
* Proactive and able to work cooperatively within a team, environment as well as peers and management
* Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office
* Proficient in written and spoken English
