Public Relation Manager for Trade Center
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Barat)
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with marketing, event & promotion and operational team.
* Manage and attend media related events.
* Manage conference opportunities and awards programs.
* Serve as company spokesperson on occasion.
* Support products launch, marketing campaigns and partner programs.
* Develop and implement consumer promotional campaigns.
* Drafting and editing press releases and by-line articles to high standard consistent with company messaging and editorial guidelines.
* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with the media – including local and national newspapers, trade magazines, radio, and television – and company’s spokespeople.
* Responding to enquiries from reporters.
* Reviewing editorial schedules and managing process to ensure the firm appears in all key features.
* Assisting the organization of press briefings, media training, photography, and press attendance at company seminars.
* Publicizing high-profile media coverage on company website and maintaining the PR site on company’s intranet.
* Provide counsel to senior executives on messaging and media relations; host media interviews.
* Write and distribute company announcements.
* Assist in managing external PR agency activity as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English is a must.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Have strong leadership qualities.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience as Public Relation Manager in Trade Center / Mall is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in managing an organization’s reputation with the public in general and clients in particular/managing a company’s public image or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
