MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE
Task:
* Achieve annual sales targets in the areas of its responsibility through sales & marketing strategies that have been approved by the company.
* Ensuring demand from doctors prescription, available at Pharmacies / Formularium to buy patients.
* Develop and implement work plans that have been set for the region in order to optimize the number of visits to the doctor who was in his territory.
* Target visits (quality and quantity) according to the annual sales target.
* Facilitating the entry of appropriate SKU standardization outlets, so that doctors prescribe well served.
* Achieving the goals set as a target discount, the number of physician-sponsored, target brand, and general steps according to the direction direct supervisor.
* Conduct analysis and research to understand the territory of competitor activity, identifying business opportunities that are useful in competitions as well as understanding the needs of customers.
* Building a business plan based on the territory of marketing programs / POA and allocate resources (such as traffic activities, sponsorships, and discounts) to maximize sales opportunities territory.
* Updating customer segmentation territories – a classification for the database and call records of at least a quarter.
* Submit monthly reports & ensure timely delivery of all reports and requests from immediate supervisor.
* Attend and actively participate in sales team meetings, training and education program to increase knowledge and improve skills.
Requirements:
* Women or men
* S1 / D3 in the majors preferred or pharmaceutical science
* Minimum speaking passive Britain
* 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR)
* Able to work in teams, have the communication skills and good negotiation.
* Location of work: Cirebon, Jakarta, Jambi, Karawang, Lampung, Medan, Palembang, Solo, Surabaya, Tarakan.
