We are a rapidly growing Food & Beverage company in Indonesia and are looking for people with high commitment and dedication to fill the following positions :
Purchasing / Accounting
SUMMARY
Provide accounting/purchasing support document to a department. Duties include general clerical and project based work.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Forecast procurement needs.
2. Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.
3. Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
4. Monitoring and recording flow of money of the company.
5. Entering data regarding bills payable and other transaction timely.
6. Responsible for the accuracy of all monetary and cash transactions and makes sure that all transactions are legal and are following current local and tax guidelines.
7. Tax preparation to support the Financial Consultant as required.
8. Maintain properly hard copy and electronic filing system and record every PO, Invoices and DO.
9. Participating in budget and planning meeting and provide necesary information and recommendation.
10. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Male, have an experience min 1-2 years on same position, which is as Purchasing and Finance.
2. Min S1, in Finance major.
3. High Integrity, good personal and management skills.
4. Meticuluos, analytical and having knowledge on accounting.
5. Have a good negotiation skill, and used to handling Bank and Tax stuff.
6. Proficient in MS Office.
7. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
8. Able to manage conflicting deadlines in the workload.
9. Ability for multitasking task.
10. Basic IT knowledge would be advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work hours : Mon – Fri 09-05pm, Sat 09-02pm
