We are a growing mining company in Indonesia, urgently need a Legal & GA
Staff Umum (Legal & GA)
Requirements:
* S1 in Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 2,75
* Good working knowledge of laws and regulation – corporate law
* Good drafting & reviewing agreements both in English and Indonesian
* Minimum 5 years of working experience handling company legal affairs
* Detail oriented, good analytical skill, good leadership skill
* Has good computer skills (MS Office)
* Understanding in Mining Law and experience in mining liaison is an added value
* Physically and mentally healthy
* Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
